Accord Mediation: Mediation services throughout the South West
ACCORD was founded in 1996 and holds a Family Mediation Franchise operating in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Accord is an independent panel of 14 fully accredited professionals who provide mediation to all couples who are entering into a separation or divorce. All of ACCORD’s mediators have been carefully selected and are supervised by their respective professional bodies.
A mediator cannot assist any person for whom they have had previous dealings with legally, or in any other professional capacity. The mediators are supported by a large administrative team operating out of the offices in Truro and Plymouth. This ensures that a conflict of interest does not arise and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
